tis morning went to arrange some viewing... den johnny side seems busier than me lor..cos he has more viewing arranged than me

he ask me help him go redhill viewing today 630pm...den 2 buyers came..they both are quite keen in the house..

was v angry with the owner..cos she keep hao lian she can speak :CANTONESE:.. n even suan me in front of buyers tat i cant speak,even said hw can i entertain customer lik dat!

hell lar! as if buyers will speak tat freaking language lik her meh! nowadays ppl speak more english ok!!!! i shld haf suan her to speak ENGLISH to me lar.. i bet she speaks ENGLAND to me instead! as long as i understand the language can ler.. cos as long i noe wat buyer wants can ler ok! and its not as if i duno wad they talking ok!

after tat the buyer call me go down with them.. cos they wan ask me about the prices....after tat they left..and say will consider n call us..

at night,they really call johnny,and gave an offer... hmm..hope able to close tat deal!

going meet simon,my ex colleague go dinner... cos he stay there ma... den i sun bian can wait for eve to off wrk as i will be meeting her go orchard...

too bad! simon at orchard, nt hm yet,so he ask me wait for him..cos he coming back to tiong bahru ler..

while waiting,eve msg say nt meeting me ler..hai! den i msg simon lor..say i nt meeting fren later

so i went with him go had japanese food at marina..

hmm..tink they famous in desserts ba.. saw alot of ppl eating their desserts while walking in..

we both had ramen, and ordered a salmon cultet sushi...and we share the desserts.. v special leh.. it contains the jap dumplings::fruits::jelly::red beans::moon cake skin::

v full!!!!!! wan to digest lor.. den we walked over to esplanade.. wa! take pics lar of cos! cos we saw so mani nice drawings.... so long nv been there ler..

went back at 1130pm lik tat....
hurrr...... sotong sotong..n we found our way back..
