::just about to drive pass bukit panjang plaza,one buyer called wanted to view the hse,lucky lor~haven go off yet..den went to fetch them,go back hse viewing again::mm,they did offer,val+20k..

::thereafter,went to punggol...wa seh,so lucky ,both hse were left vacant,n CLEAN,no DUST AT ALL...haha! such nice owners to leave the hse back in good clean condition..::

::finished viewing,i went to amk,aunt hse,fell aslp,woke up 7plus,had dinner,den off to punggol hse again,as tis noon,a indonesian buyer likes the hse,wana haf a 2nd view,so,905pm,reached punggol,open up for them viewed again.....mm,hope tmr can get a counter offer frm them::

::went to bishan coffee shop,meet primus n cynthia,tot of asking frm them my commission,but.. when they reached,primus wanted order food,den he showed cynthia his empty wallet,hai! dun feel its so nice to ask him lor..hur! primnus n cynthia say i bar girl,cos they say i dress til v short lor..wa piang...got meh!! my mum saw me tis morning , also nv say i bar girl.......but she onli ask me,wheres the pants?haha..but dad also nv comment lei::
